A quick train from Grand Central took us to Cold Spring, NY. We enjoyed hiking, small town burgers, winter ales, bourbon, and most of all the company of friends. Their sense of fashion was relevant then, as it is now. On Ewel we see the classic two button black suit, a white collared shirt, handsome dress boots. Ponnie wears an elegant top and dress that would look equally beautiful on her great grand-daughter Laurel almost 100 years later.
